Hi! I’m Lindsey Woods, MS, CCC-SLP/L, CBIS, a  speech therapist and community supporter in Hot Springs Village, AR

As a nationally certified and state-licensed speech-language pathologist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children and adults communicate with confidence, connect with others, and live more independently. From first words to recovery after stroke, I believe every voice deserves to be heard.

Personal Story

I was born and raised in Arkansas, but my path to becoming an SLP began far away—in rural Alaska. After earning a degree in English Literature and Secondary Education, I accepted a teaching position where I discovered my true calling: helping students overcome communication challenges. That experience inspired me to pursue graduate training in Speech-Language Pathology, and it’s been my passion ever since.

“I believe communication is the bridge that connects us to one another—and everyone deserves the chance to be heard.”

This belief has guided every step of my career, from classroom teaching to clinical practice, and continues to inspire the work I do today.

Formal Training & Experience

I hold a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University, where I trained in a variety of clinical settings. Since then, I’ve served children and adults in schools, clinics, and private practice across Alaska and Arkansas. My clinical fellowship was completed in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic, and I went on to launch a successful private practice before partnering with ToMorrow’s Therapy here in Hot Springs Village.

A different approach to therapy

Therapy should feel empowering because communication is at the heart of everything we do.

Every session is built around functional goals that matter to my clients and their families. Whether it’s helping a child use an AAC device or coaching a caregiver to support a loved one at home, my focus is always on meaningful progress.
